We want you to love your new swimwear! If your item is not quite right, we have the following returns policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
WE OFFER EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS.
ALL SALE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

We want you to love your new swimwear! If your item is not quite right, we have the following returns policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
RETURN POLICY
AU and NZ returns must be requested within 14 days of your order date for an exchange or store credit.
The shipping cost to return items is payable by the customer.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable purchase.
We accept unworn swimwear and clothing bought from Infamous Swim in new condition (unworn, unwashed) within 14 days of purchase for exchange or a store credit. Items must be returned as a whole unit in their original packaging with all included accessories (including the tags, all paddings and hygiene seal intact).
Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds.
Once we received and approved your returned items, we will issue you with a store credit or dispatch your exchanged item/s. The value of the store credit issued will be equal to the amount originally paid for the returned item. If the item/s were purchased with a discount code, your store credit will be for the discounted price that you paid for the returned item/s.
If you have chosen to exchange for a new size/item but the new size/item is out of stock when your return parcel is processed, you will be issued a store credit code instead which you can use to purchase a different size/item.
For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
Please note all Clearance and Final Sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 10 business days from arrival at Infamous HQ.
If your order was paid entirely with store credit or gift card, the return will be processed and issued as a store credit.
You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
NOTE:
When returning you’re order for a gift card you can choose to keep your Gift With Purchase (GWP) and the cost of the item will be deducted from the gift card. Alternately, select the GWP when creating your return and return with your order.
GWP cannot be used with any other offer or discount code.

Pre-paid Express Returns (Outside of Australia)
Visit our international returns portal to initiate a return. A pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please note, the return label expires within 14 days of issue if unused. Using the provided label, book a collection or visit your nearest DHL drop off point to send your items back to us.
We provide Pre-paid return labels at a discounted rate of $30USD (or equivalent in your local currency), which will be deducted from your refund.
Self-postage Returns
You can send back the returned goods using the shipper of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring your package and contacting our Customer Service at orders@infamousswim.com with the tracking number once shipped.
CONDITIONS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size purchase.
Your return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery of your order. Your exchanged items will then be delivered to you within 10 business days of being approved. Item/s must be in original saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, no deodorant or makeup marks, with all tags and hygiene protection sticker attached). Return authorisation must be approved via email. The shipping cost to return is payable by the customer.
Infamous Swim reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the above conditions.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
While we hope this never happens, if you do receive an incorrect or damaged item or immediately find a manufacturing fault, please contact us at orders@infamousswim.com and we will help resolve your issue. Please include your name, order number, and a photo of the issue in your email. If your issue qualifies for a replacement, our policy is that your item will be replaced by the exact same item, if in stock.
SHIPPING FEE
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
International orders outside of Australia: as we are aware of how expensive it is to ship things back here in Australia, we can provide you with a prepaid DHL label for a discounted fee of $30USD (or equivalent in your currency), which will be deducted from your refund. The return cost to us is actually $50 - $100 but don't worry, we will pay the rest. Please note this is not a restocking or exchange fee, it is simply the cost of the courier back to us. Email us to arrange for a Prepaid DHL label.

Can I return Full Price Items?
You can return Full Price Items for an Exchange or Store Credit.
Can I return items purchased with a Discount Code?
You can return Items purchased with a Discount Code (less than 50% Off Recommended Retail Price) for an Exchange or Store Credit. Your store credit will be for the discounted price that you paid for the returned item/s.
Can I return Clearance or End of Season Final Sale Items?
Please choose Clearance and End of Season Final Sale items carefully as they are Non-returnable (even for store credit).
