The REALLY Important Stuff
We want you to love your new swimwear! If your item is not quite right, we have the following returns policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

End of Season Final Sale Items
Non-returnable (even for store credit)
At this stage, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size purchase. If you believe your item is faulty, please email us photos of the issue and your order number to discuss.
The shipping cost to return items is payable by the customer.
- Your return is initiated within 14 days of delivery of your order.
- Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
- Item/s are in original saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, no deodorant or makeup marks, with all tags and hygiene protection sticker attached).
- Return authorisation has been approved via email.
- The shipping cost to return is payable by the customer.
Infamous Swim reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the above conditions.
Submitting a Return
- Please submit your return request via our RETURNS PORTAL.
- Once approved, send your item(s) back to us with a copy of your returns form, or a clear reference to your order number and exchange authorisation number
Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as Infamous Swim will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed. Store Credits are issued instantly on our end, you will receive an email confirmation with your credit code.
If your return item(s) include those purchased on sale (not including non-returnable sale items), you will receive two store credit notes to cover the full value of repurchasing your desired change of style/size.
Issue with your order or item/s?
If you encounter an issue with an Infamous Swim item, our Customer Service Team is here to help! We are a small team so it may take up to 48 hours to come back to you, possibly longer during promotional or sale times, though we try to reply sooner.
If you believe there is a fault with your item, please email email@example.com with your order number along with a few images of the issue. Our team will be back in touch to advise your options.
